| This committee is made up of four OCSAA appointment and four OACS appointments for the purpose of making recommendations to both boards on administrative contracts and salaries. | Executives of OACS, OCSAA, and OCSTA meet three times annually to review organizational priorities. |

| This OACS/OCSTA committee reviews and publishes the OACS/OCSTA Personnel Manual, the Contract Partnership Committee (CPC) Manual and deals with contract details and policies for local CPC committees. | This is a nine-person commission, composed of three OACS appointees, three OCSTA appointees, and three OCSAA appointees. It handles contract disputes, acts as a mediator, and has two resolution mechanisms, either a mediation process or an arbitration process. |
